It is a story that has been described by Lee Child as ‘An important book, especially now – both an intensely personal story, and a sober analysis of a political scandal’ For some, it will be a very uncomfortable read. Although people are not interested in his work, he remains very ambitious, declaring that one day "This whole entire city's gonna look at me" ("One by One by One"). The main character thinks she has magic feet because she can stand in the hot coals of a burning ghat and not feel a thing. The cast included Brittanie Shipway as Claire, Matthew Hamilton as Jason, Nicola Bowman as Deb, and Joel Granger as Warren. It provides startling insights into how decisions taken by our politicians and the actions of our intelligence agencies, supposedly in our best interests, may be anything but. The paintings (set at opposite ends of the stage), came together during "I'll Be Here" and became the focal point of the painting in "Beautiful".

A long-time feminist and anti-war activist, she is best known for The Breadwinner Trilogy, which has been published around the world in seventeen languages, with more than a million dollars in royalties donated to Street Kids International and to Women for Women, an organization that supports health and education projects in Afghanistan. From then on, the action and investigation never let up, with it taking you through the unspeakable tragedy leading up to that day, the incident and its aftermath as those involved or impacted by the shooting attempt to not only come to terms with what happened to them but also seek answers. She just begins to get treatment when she is scared away by her own fear of the other lepers who are disfigured.
