Sealed Evil in a Can: Zayto and Solon captured the Sporix, but the two couldn't find a way to destroy them permanently. In the first episode, the chest containing them is opened during the fight between the Rangers and Void Knight, allowing them to escape. The Pacha Smash Zord and Baby Pacha Zord are a parent-child Zord pair and resemble a mechanical Stygimoloch. They fight using their hands, which are shaped like boxing gloves. Both Zayto and Aiyon went into stasis, with Aiyon's pod being submerged underwater, separating himself from Zayto. The Green Morphin Master then materialized before him, giving him a task while also warning him that without him, Lord Zedd will reign again sometime after his defeat by Zordon's Energy Wave. Present 65 million years later, Aiyon is awakened from his stasis by the Ninja Nexus Prism. After Slyther and Mucus found his stasis pod, they are stunned to see him awake and escaped while he went out to save his friends. Aiyon would then show up at Dinohenge, revealing his identity to the other Rangers and reuniting with Solon. It was there he stated his interest in joining the team, but on the condition that he led it. As the others questioned this sudden proposal, Aiyon spills the secrets of him and Zayto's past when they were Knights, revealing that the Rafkonians were the ones that created the Sporix Beasts and that Zayto had the chance to stop the entire process but refrained from doing so, resulting in a scrimmage that damaged their friendship. He then said that Zayto has a lot to learn about being a real leader, such as trusting their teammates.

The new collection of Beast Morphers figures, Power Ranger zords and role play toys brings the latest season of The Power of Hate: Sporix-Energy power-ups can make a person very strong but, as shown with Void Queen, also continuously feed off of and increase their negative emotions. Void Queen is acting solely on her hatred of humanity by the end of the series, refusing to listen to any reason, until Amelia forces her to see her memories and realize that her vengeance is fruitless because Amelia is her daughter.

A direct sequel, Power Rangers Cosmic Fury was released in 2023, retaining the same cast as before. Leader Forms the Head: Played with. On the one hand, the T-Rex Champion Zord makes up a disproportionate amount of the basic Megazord formation. On the other hand, all five rangers can each take the lead with an alternate formation to form its head and chest plate. Also done literally, as the Power Keys make up the heads of the formations.
