Remove the protective cap before using the spray. Close one nostril by pressing it with your finger. Tilt your head as directed and carefully insert the nasal applicator into the other nostril. Press down firmly on the device to deliver the prescribed number of sprays. Do not spray directly onto the middle wall of your nose ( nasal septum). During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Rarely, infants born to mothers who have been using corticosteroids (including triamcinolone) for a long time may have low levels of corticosteroid hormone. Tell your doctor right away if you notice symptoms such as nausea/ vomiting that doesn't stop, severe diarrhea, or weakness in your newborn. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
