The ANC mode (active noise cancellation) mode allows you to block out the world and really focus on the sounds you’re listening too. Simply remove the earbud you wish to use from the case, if you had paired the earbuds to your phone in stereo each earbud will work on its own.Each time you double tap the touch sensor on the right earbud you will hear a voice telling you which mode you are in. If there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ or ‘unpair’ both earbuds in your Bluetooth settings, place them back in the case and start again.

Transparent mode effetely does the opposite, it allows sounds to filter through so you can hear outside noise and be aware of your surroundings. Before trying to use the noise canceling feature make sure you have tried all 3 sizes of silicone cushion. TOP TIP: For better noise isolation, comfort and sound quality ensure the correct sized (S, M or L) ear cushions (supplied) are fitted on the earbuds. The earbuds allow outside sounds to filter through, such as traffic noise, trains and airport announcements.

Double tap the touch sensor on the right earbud, this will allow you to cycle through the Active Noise Canceling settings.
