His control of Ruby in the bedroom is hot to read, just as his sweet comforting nature that takes over as well. Ruby and Mark were both successful, driven people in their work and their work allowed them control/stability as people when emotionally they were far from it. The only thing I didn't care for in this story were the secondary characters of Meg and Emmett and their marital problems. Until finally, they both must admit that there’s more than passion between them and a love like theirs can not be denied. I thought the story might get into something interesting with the age difference, but that part wasn’t developed.
