The award-winning Kinrara Scottish Highland Dry has been aged in a Cabernet Franc cask from the renowned Château Teyssier in the Saint-Émilion appellation in Bordeaux. Kinrara’s Highland Distillery is nestled in 12,000 acres of Cairngorm National Park, just outside Aviemore.

Juniper, orange, lemon and coriander as the main botanicals giving this a fresh zesty taste with a soft spice finish. Kinrara Distillers Edition Oaked Spice Gin is distilled using tonka beans, cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and vanilla, as well as some chipped American Oak. The team at Kinrara Distillery prides itself on creating a handcrafted small batch spirit using their direct-fired stills that were handmade for the distillery in Portugal. This juniper led dry gin is infused with hibiscus flowers and sweet orange peel to give a luxurious deep pink hue and added floral flavour. It was illustrated by Scottish artist Kat Baxter and is depicted with the botanicals used in this gin, including juniper, rosehip, rowan berry, orange and lemon. Perched just below the Monadhliath Mountains and with stunning vistas of the Cairngorms on the other side of the valley, I often joke that I have the best office in the world.

Set in the vast and rugged setting of the wild Scottish Cairngorms National Park, a whitewashed converted steading is home to the Kinrara Distillery.
