I don’t have a hearing disability, but I have a neurological disability, and there’s been moments where I’ve been defined by it. Archer's lack of social knowledge brings some problems, and the environment is bringing problems as well. i’m not going to lie, the book could’ve should’ve been a hundred pages shorter, there were so many unnecessary chapters and the melodrama in the entire book at the end of the book kinda threw me off. Like, couldn't Archer tell Bree he needed to experience world outside his cottage, outside the small town he lived in, before he decided he was ready to be completely loved by someone? I couldn’t have known that Archer Hale existed somewhere in this crazy world, and that he had been made just for me.

He deserved nothing but love and comfort, and while I was glad Bree was there for him, a lot that happened to him made me realize something: People truly care about you when you're gone.
