due to the cliches and vagueness, but also other factors, many aspects of this book were relatable. spoiler alert:these were not all the words i wish i said. in fact most of these words i wish i didn’t write. just to the small fact of, i wish i didn’t care… but sadly i do. but if i said the words i wish i did, then they wouldn’t be my little sec... Although fair warning this book can be a little dark and sad. I felt that it was something everyone would be able to find a relation with. I felt it was something that everyone should hear or come to terms with.

No mountain is too hard to climb, and you only need to look inside of you to find the strength to climb.there was definitely some good parts i really liked.. some hidden gems , particularly the poems on love. the simplicity of them is beautiful and often made me smile. She did not allow this to stop her, and instead she abandoned her old methods in favour of discovering new activities, and gradually she became accustomed to the idea that things may change for the better. feel numb, i can’t feel my emotions my body my heart, i act like it’s there like i’m fine but honestly my own brain is confusing me.” that, i think, is beautiful. heartwarming. what this collection was intending to be. but it just got repetitive. i mainly pushed through and finished it so i know moving forward that this kind of poetry just isn’t for me.I was beyond impressed with this book, I did not set my expectation too high. It still managed to exceed them. I was not expecting it to turn out the way it did, nor was it in any relation to the types of poetry books I like to read. I think that this book did give a certain type of peace and gratitude for how the world is looked at through teenage thoughts and hearts. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs some sort of clarification with their thoughts and wants to know that it is not just them that feels a certain way. Other people, such as myself and Caitlin Kelly feel it too.
